  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information and assistance to customers
  • Update customer accounts with accurate information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer retention and upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • Work experience is an advantage but not required
  • Good communication skills both in Filipino and English
  • Good Analytical Skills
