We’re looking for friendly and motivated Call Center Agents to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction ends with the right solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and assist with questions about products, orders, and accounts.

Provide clear explanations of company services, policies, and available options.

Investigate customer concerns and troubleshoot issues professionally.

Resolve customer problems efficiently and strive for first-call resolution.

Update customer and account information accurately.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
