Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services offered.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language
