A Customer Care Specialist – Meal Kits provides exceptional support for meal kit subscription services. They assist customers with inquiries about meal plans, orders, deliveries, and account management, ensuring satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently. The specialist also handles feedback, collaborates with internal teams to address escalations, and maintains accurate records of customer interactions.

Work Setup:

• Onsite - BGC, Taguig
• Shifting schedule

Salary and Benefits:

• ₱25,000 Basic Salary + ₱3,000 Allowance

• At least a high school graduate
