Description

Top Bank Philippines Inc., a trusted rural bank offering a variety of financial services, is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is critical in providing excellent service to our clients, addressing their needs, and promoting our range of financial products and services, including money transfers, bill payments, loans, and the Super Kids Savings Account.

  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing inquiries about the bank’s products and services.
  • Account Management: Help customers open accounts, including the Super Kids Savings Account, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Transaction Processing: Facilitate money transfers, bill payments, and loan transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Product Promotion: Educate customers on the benefits of the bank’s offerings, including savings accounts, loans, and other financial services, to drive customer engagement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in banking or financial services is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Numeracy Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic computations accurately.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns effectively and provide practical solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing transactions and maintaining records.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with banking software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
