Requirements:
- Filipino conversational in Korean and English
- Open for Degree holder or undergraduate of any field
- Experience in BPO company and customer service position is a plus
- Willing to work in Subic, Zambales
Responsibilities:
- Answering inquiries regarding health and wellness products
- Provide excellent customer service to Korean clients
- Ensure to provide assistance in compliance with the company standards and procedures
- Maintain and build healthy and long term relationships with the clients.
