Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate issues as needed.
  • Stay informed about product and service updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow company guidelines and policies when addressing customer concerns.
  • Provide feedback on customer issues to help improve processes.

Requirement

  • Open for HS/SHS Graduates
  • With or without BPO experience.
