Description
- Handles calls/queries from Business Partners regarding HMO and insurance products benefits availment procedures,LOA/LOG,claims,and other CAD concerns.
- Coordinates with service providers on the resolution of issues and concerns of Business Partners regarding HMO Plan and insurance benefits and coverage
- Conducts regular offsite visits to Business Partners to attend to various client servicing needs within the premises of the clients.
- Assists in the coordination and administration of client-based annual medical exams, wellness and health lectures and other CAD client-based programs for business partners
- Assists in processing claims for Victus, HMO, health and life insurance plans based on schedule of benefits and within agreed turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintains an updated database of claims received, processed, approved and disapproved and sends these reports to Business Partners weekly.
- Requests periodic utilization reports from various service providers as basis for preparation of comprehensive benefit management reports (claims loss ratio, utilization cost drivers, etc. )
- Circulates email marketing digital materials, advisories, information posters, special greeting to Business Partners.
- Prepares monthly benefit utilization report and related management reports
- Prepares announcements and advisories to Business Partners using digital tools
- Sends regular updates on status of claims received to all internal and external customers.
- Assists in handling queries through CAD 24/7 Customer Hotline
- Participates in client meetings to discuss claims decisions,updates and procedures
- Performs related functions as deemed necessary by the Company.
Requirement
- Computer literate.
- BS Education graduate
- Fresh graduate
