Who are we looking for?

• Minimum of atleast 6 months financial background (have worked with a banking institution or program, credit/debit card disputes, financial technology, mobile banking, digital banking, etc.) 
• At least SHS/High School Grad (old curriculum).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to ask probing questions and problem resolution skills. 
• Ability to follow instructions for specific customer resolutions tasks. 
• Willing to work ONSITE in Eastwood city QC.
