Description
- Handle incoming calls and chats and deliver good customer service to ensure superior experience to our customers
- Promote and cross-sell the banks’ products as appropriate
- Handle inquiries and transactions regarding financial account
- 20% Night Shift Differential
- BGC, Taguig
Requirement
- Accept Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's Degree
- SHS Graduate and College Undergraduate (Completed 2nd year college) with at least 6 months BPO Experience
