• Validate and enter POs into systems
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Warehousing, Legal, and Finance to resolve pricing discrepancies, billing errors, or shipping delays.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing order status updates, answering product inquiries, and addressing complaints.
• Maintain accurate records, manage customer data, and generate reports on processing bottlenecks and backlog statuses.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, or BPO/customer service roles.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication for global stakeholder management.
