RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Order Processing for All Orders (Manual, EDI, VMR/ VMI)
• Order Acknowledgment & Order Status Reporting
• Credit Check & Release – Alert & Monitoring
• Stock allocation/ Quantity Modification in the SO
• Customer-specific label requirement check and escalate on gaps
• Invoice Fill Rate Monitoring & Dispute Management of Invoices

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English. 
• Open to Foreign nationals fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance-related field.
• At least 2 years of related Order Management Experience.
• Knowledgeable in SAP SD & Materials Management module, Good in MS Office skills like basic Excel.
