- Generally responsible for the overall operations of the Container and Tanker Crewing Department.
- Communicates with vessels (All Containers and Tankers).
- Receives advice regarding vessel requirements for the Engine Department (All Containers and Tankers).
- Proposes candidates (Officers and crew).
- Verifies the authenticity of data in the application form.
- Receives calls from ships' personnel regarding crew change inquiries, updates, and advises on handling some emergencie
- Preferably a graduate of Maritime Studies with experience in handling the crewing department.
- 3-5 years of experience
