Description
- Assist in the recruitment and placement of crew members.
- Maintain and update crew records and documentation.
- Coordinate with crewing agencies and maritime authorities.
- Support the management team in ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
- Facilitate communication between ship crews and shore management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a crewing or maritime-related role
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with crewing agency operations
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of DMW and MARINA regulations
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of the maritime industry
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
