Oversee the crewing operations, including recruitment, onboarding, embarkation, dispatch, training etc.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team to support the company's goals and objectives.
Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation or Marine Engineering, or any related course.
At least 3 years experience as Crewing Manager with focus on maritime or shipping industries.
Strong knowledge of crewing processes, maritime regulations, procedures, and best practices.
Familiarity with STCW, MLC, and other relevant crewing regulations and industry standards.
Excellent understanding of crew management, recruitment, onboarding, and crew welfare practices.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with crew, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Can adapt to a fast-paced environment, able to multitask simultaneously, goal oriented
Willing to work full time.
