Description

  • Streamline the operational systems and processes of the department
  • Improve work efficiency, team coordination and process alignment
  • Review and recommend approval of loans and request for payments
  • Monitor the Deed of Undertaking with the financial institutions
  • Oversee the in-house financing documentation, both for the purchase of AR and CTS trading.
  • Manage and dispose real and other properties acquired (ROPA) in accordance with the procedures and policies
  • Ensure that reconveyance of transfer Certificates of Title (TCT) for bought-back accounts are processed
  • On-time compliance of submission of collateral documents to respective financing institutions and management of accounts for buyback
  • Ensure timely submission of all monthly reports


Requirement

  • Holder of bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accountancy, Commerce or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in financing or real estate industry
  • Proficient in MS Applications specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong account management, customer service and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
