- Monitor customer accounts and payment histories.

- Communicate with customers regarding payment issues.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow.
- Prepare reports on account status and collection progress.
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess a High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in documentation; strong collecting skills; attention to detail; effective communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts receivable; contact clients for payments; maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; typical hours; may involve phone communications.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong integrity; persistence; ability to work under pressure.
