- Can operate cranes (e.g., tower, truck-mounted, overhead) to lift and move heavy materials or equipment.
- Inspect cranes and lifting gear before use; report malfunctions or safety issues.
- Determine load weights and ensure load charts are followed to prevent overloading.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on crane equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site-specific regulations.
- Assist in setting up cranes and dismantling them when required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and high-elevation environments.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and safety standards.
