- Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment before use.
- Read and interpret blueprints and signals for precise operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and supervisors.
- Document operational activities and report incidents.
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required; relevant certifications in crane operation preferred.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as a Crane Operator.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating various types of cranes and forklifts, strong safety awareness, and ability to read blueprints.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate cranes to lift and transport materials, perform routine inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor construction sites, potential exposure to hazardous materials and varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
