Key Responsibilities

• Analyze mechanical drawings and project specifications
• Prepare accurate and organized cost estimates and proposals
• Perform quantity take-offs for mechanical/HVAC works (ducting, piping, equipment)
• Request quotations from suppliers and evaluate costs
• Review previous project data for cost comparison and benchmarking
• Coordinate with clients regarding scope changes, clarifications, and technical queries during bidding
• Review and validate project cost estimates prior to submission

Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME)
• At least 2 years experience in construction / HVAC / MEPF projects
• Strong background in quantity surveying and cost estimation (mechanical works)
• Experience in HVAC systems (VRF, ventilation, ducting, piping)
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and mechanical design is an advantage
