- Oversee day-to-day operations of the plantation, including planting, harvesting, maintenance, and logistics.

- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability of the plantation.

- Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local communities, government agencies, and business partners.

- Degree in Agriculture/Forestry/Environmental Science or related field

- At least ten (10) years' experience in Corporate plantation and related work.

- Must be knowledgeable in plantation business strategy

- Must have an experience in managing Banana, Sugarcane and Pineapple

- Proven track-record in managing multiple plantations.

- Good relationships with key individuals in the plantation industry

- Excellent communication skills

- Interpersonal, Strong Leadership, Problem-Solving and Time Management Skills

- Strong work ethic and reliability
