Requirement

- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in budgeting, strategic planning, and project management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing daily operations, coordinating inter-departmental activities, setting strategic goals, and ensuring company objectives are met.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours. May require overtime and travel.
