Customer Service Communications (80-90% Focus):

• Develop, edit, and optimize response templates for customer inquiries across various channels (email, chat, social media, etc.).
• Write and refine chatbot scripts to ensure accurate, helpful, and brand-aligned customer interactions.
• Create, update, and manage FAQs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and comprehensive.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to rewrite and improve knowledge base articles, making them user-friendly and easy to understand.
• Ensure all written content is consistent with the company's tone of voice and brand guidelines.

General Copywriting:

• Support the marketing team with a copy for campaigns, newsletters, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to produce relevant and engaging content.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.

• 4+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related role, preferably with a focus on customer service communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with writing chatbot scripts, response templates, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to adapt writing style accordingly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly Customer Service.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with knowledge base software is a plus.
