- End-to-End Courseware Oversight: Managing the full publication lifecycle across all 5 core deliverables: Student Textbooks, Teacher’s/Instructor’s Manuals, Presentation Slides, Interactive Modules, and LMS Content Uploading.
- Quality Assurance & Spot-Checking: Conducting continuous QA and checks to ensure output strictly aligns with DepEd SHS standards, CHED OBE frameworks, 21st-century digital literacy skills, and Multimedia Principles.
- Administrative & Team Management: Handling author/SME contracts, payment requisitions, project budgeting, and workload balancing to ensure process efficiency and prevent burnout.
