About the Position

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly motivated Web3 Content Creator to join our Web3 investment and blockchain development team at SBI Investment.

The role focuses on researching the Web3 and digital-asset industry, creating high-quality content, developing engaging narratives around blockchain projects and emerging technologies, and supporting the company's marketing, communication, and ecosystem growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the digital-asset industry, excellent writing and storytelling skills, and experience creating content for crypto, blockchain, technology, or finance-related audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital-asset market trends.
• Create high-quality written content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Develop engaging content related to blockchain projects, Web3 protocols, DeFi, NFT, GameFi, Layer 2, and emerging technologies.
• Produce educational and informative content explaining complex blockchain concepts in an accessible way.
• Write articles, industry analyses, project reviews, opinion pieces, and thought-leadership content.
• Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and visibility within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Create compelling social media posts, threads, announcements, and educational content for platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor Web3 industry news, market developments, emerging narratives, and community discussions to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Conduct research on blockchain projects, protocols, startups, investment trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Transform research findings and complex industry information into engaging, accurate, and easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with investment, research, marketing, and business development teams to develop content supporting strategic initiatives.
• Support the creation of project presentations, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials.

Requirements

• Professional experience in content creation, copywriting, journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the digital-asset industry.
• Familiarity with DeFi, NFT, GameFi, Layer 2, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3 protocols.
• Excellent written English skills and strong storytelling abilities.
• Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience creating content for social media, blogs, websites, or other digital platforms.
• Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking skills.
• Ability to identify relevant industry trends, narratives, and content opportunities.
• Understanding of Web3 communities, audiences, and digital communication channels.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content quality.
• Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and content creation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing experience creating content for Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, or technology companies.
• A portfolio of published articles, blog posts, social media content, research reports, or other relevant work.
• Experience covering DeFi, NFT, GameFi, Layer 2, Web3 infrastructure, or other blockchain sectors.
• Experience writing research-driven articles, market analyses, or investment-related content.
• Familiarity with crypto market trends, tokenomics, fundraising, venture capital, and blockchain investments.
• Experience managing or growing Web3 social media accounts, communities, or online audiences.
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement content for X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, or LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of blockchain data, on-chain analytics, and industry research tools.
• Experience using AI-powered content creation, research, and productivity tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content distribution, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-border Web3 projects.
• Additional language skills, especially Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, will be an advantage.
