MARKETING ASSOCIATE – CONTENT CREATION & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate – Content Creation & Social Media Management is expected to bring forward new strategies that strengthen lead generation and prospecting outcomes. This is an entry-level opportunity, and fresh graduates with relevant internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Plan and run lead-generation campaigns (social media, paid social/search, email, landing pages, webinars) to increase the volume and quality of leads.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, industry lists) to build a qualified pipeline, proactively spotting new prospecting angles.
• Assist in managing and growing the company's social media accounts.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Staff to repurpose high-visibility social/content pieces into lead-generation and prospecting assets.
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and platforms.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• A portfolio of school, freelance, or personal content projects is an advantage.
