Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule
- Manage project budget, materials, manpower, and resources
- Identify project risks and implement corrective or preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings as required
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and status updates
- Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently
