-Licensed Civil Engineer
-With 3-5 years experience as Pre-Construction Engineer/Office Engineer.
-Highly Knowledgeable in Pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings, and negotiations.
-Preparation of BOQ and Budgetary Costing.
-Drafting and Issuance of Invitations to Bid.
-Monitoring of Signed NDA Submissions.
-Conducting follow up and reminders to Bidders/ Contractor.
-Scheduling of Zoom Meetings.
-Scheduling of Google Calendar invite for Meetings.
-Able to Confidently communicate in professional English.
-Able to preside meetings.
