Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in construction management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under pressure.
