- Strong command of personnel
- Strong organizational skills
- Strict audit and monitoring skills
- Forecasting skills for materials
- Communication skills
- Very high attention to details
- High regard for integrity and work ethics
- High level of quality control and performance review of men
- Can work under pressure
- Other skills needed for complation of project
