- Operate and maintain pumpcrete equipment for construction projects.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of concrete to various job sites.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members and project managers.
- Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in construction or land development.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in land development and strong observation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to execute tasks under supervision and follow instructions meticulously.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
