Description

• Disposes/Clears Actimize alerts based on the training, guidelines and procedures of Compliance Team;
• Conducts and provides progress monitoring report on Actimize alerts clearance;
• Escalates SAN alerts and/or any alert that requires immediate attention to Compliance-AML Team members;
• Assists Compliance-AML Team members in tasks related to Actimize alerts;
• Assists in the preparation of reports related to Actimize alerts;
• Performs other administrative support to Legal & Compliance Department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree of any course (preferably, Business Management or Legal Management)
• With at least 1 year work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous work experience in the Legal or Compliance Department is an advantage but not required
• Previous work experience in the insurance or banking industry is an advantage but not required
• Flexible and willing to learn
