- Analyze client requirements across compliance areas including immigration, tax, labor, and regulatory matters
- Develop structured, actionable solutions based on regulatory research and business needs
- Design implementation plans with clear workflows, timelines, documentation, and risk assessments
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as legal counsel and accountants
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g., BI, DOLE, BIR, PEZA, BOI) for applications, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Represent the company in professional engagements with clients, partners, and authorities
- Communicate compliance strategies, risks, and execution plans clearly and effectively
- Provide hands-on support to clients in resolving compliance and operational issues
- Ensure solutions are fully implemented, not just advised
