Description

  • Ensure Vistaprint's adherence to legal standards and in-house policies in the dynamic BPO & Call Center industry.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry compliance regulations and standards, most especially PEZA and BOI.
  • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
  • Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and HR when needed.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal or regulatory affairs within the industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits and risk assessments, ensure company policies adhere to legal standards and in-house policies, provide employee training on compliance-related topics.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular working hours but may require extra hours to meet project deadlines or address complex compliance issues.
  • Qualities and Traits: High ethical standards, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
