About the Role

Argold Jobs Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support our compliance, governance, and risk management functions. The role ensures that our business operations, IT systems, and broadcasting processes adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and government mandates (NTC, NPC, BIR, DOLE, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across business units.
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports, documentation, and evidence for regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Finance, HR, Broadcast Operations) to ensure compliance gaps are addressed.
• Support the implementation of compliance programs including training, policy rollout, and awareness campaigns.
• Track and follow up on remediation plans from internal or external audit findings.
• Provide support in ensuring Data Privacy compliance in collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, IT, Legal Management, or related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory requirements (NTC, NPC, BIR, DOLE) is an advantage.
• Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and process analysis.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or telecom industry is a plus.
