Requirement

- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of compensation structures, and benefits administration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and administer compensation programs, analyze salary data, and manage employee benefits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively.
