Company Driver

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transporting company staff to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of staff luggage, products, and materials.
• Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Immediate custodian of company vehicle.
• Maintain and update driver's calendar for proper scheduling of company staff client meeting, saturation or other important official business.
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained at all times by performing regular washing, cleaning of interior and exterior and vehicle maintenance.
• Inform Management ahead of time before it reaches due date of the vehicle's annual renewal/registration to avoid any penalty.
• Maintain daily checking of Gas, should always in full tank.
• Maintain RFID Load Balance and RFID Card/s. You will be held accountable for any card losses due to negligence.
• Always submit OR for any gas reimbursement and/or toll fees
