Description

• Manage the collections process to ensure timely payment from clients.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment histories using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send out collection letters as necessary.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
