Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of UK/AU/US collections experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Experience handling banking, financial services, credit card, mortgage, motor finance, or loan collections.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls for UK customers.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and provide suitable repayment solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
