Description
- Manage and oversee B2B collections processes and activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Ensure timely resolution of disputes and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
