We are looking for a highly driven B2B Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in business-to-business collections, accounts receivable, and order-to-cash processes, with a strong track record of employment stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2B collections activities and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Handle accounts receivable processes and ensure timely payment collection.
• Support order-to-cash operations and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and collection activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address payment-related concerns.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and collection procedures.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have at least 2 years of B2B collections experience.
• Must have stayed for a minimum of 12 months with each previous employer.
• No employment gaps in previous work history.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Can start ASAP.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
