Description

• Manage and oversee the B2B collection process for outstanding invoices.
• Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare and send out collection letters and notices to clients as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments.

Requirements
