Description

  • Collect payments from borrowers via outbound calls to ensure timely settlement and avoid overdue penalties.
  • Achieve monthly collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Contact clients through phone and email to inquire about invoice payment status.
  • Ensure all communication with clients is conducted professionally and respectfully.

Requirement

  • At least 3-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledgeable about collection and customer service processes.
  • Proactive, results-focused, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possesses problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
