Description
- Collect payments from borrowers via outbound calls to ensure timely settlement and avoid overdue penalties.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Contact clients through phone and email to inquire about invoice payment status.
- Ensure all communication with clients is conducted professionally and respectfully.
Requirements
- At least 3-6 months of experience in a related field.
- Knowledgeable about collection and customer service processes.
- Proactive, results-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possesses problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
