Job Description
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Monitor and inspect the machining process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC equipment and programming.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in G-code and M-code programming.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibility: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
