Description

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
  • Utilize various platforms (social media, networking, events) to generate new business leads.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Client Outreach:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, or demos to showcase the company’s products or services.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new clients during the acquisition and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and client satisfaction.

Negotiation and Deal Closing:

  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
  • Ensure smooth transition from acquisition to account management.

Performance Tracking:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for client acquisition.
  • Track client acquisition activities and performance metrics using CRM software or sales tools.
  • Report progress to the sales manager or business development lead on a regular basis.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving client acquisition strategies based on market analysis.


Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
