Educational Qualifications: College Level
Experience Level: At least 5-10 years of proven experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, strong leadership and communication skills, budget management, and proficiency in scheduling software.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinate with vendors, and maintain inventory supplies.
