Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of store design, fit-out, and maintenance projects across retail locations 
• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and plans for store construction and renovations 
• Coordinate project requirements with internal teams (Operations, Engineering) and external contractors/suppliers 
• Conduct site visits and field validations to ensure accuracy of plans and actual conditions 
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely implementation 
• Assist in repair and maintenance activities of stores and facilities 
• Maintain proper documentation of plans, permits, and project reports 
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Experience in construction, store fit-out, or maintenance is an advantage 
• Knowledge of retail or food industry setup is a plus

Competencies

• Basic knowledge of technical drawings and construction processes 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Good coordination and communication skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site activities 
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in field work 
• Organized in handling documents and project files 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to do fieldwork and site visits
