Key Responsibilities:

• Provide civil engineering support directly under the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as a shared services resource.
• Lead and oversee civil works, infrastructure projects, and facility-related support across food manufacturing, retail outlets, and other business units.
• Support construction, renovation, fit-out, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and operational requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, assess structural conditions, and recommend corrective or improvement measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for effective project implementation.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimates, and documentation.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)

Experience

• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing facilities, or retail fit-out projects
• Experience in food manufacturing, commissary, or retail outlet construction is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and safety regulations
• Familiarity with food-grade construction standards and sanitary design
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
