QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• COSH Certificate is an advantage but not required
• Strong understanding of Electrical system is a plus
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction company (commercial, residential, high-rise, mixed-use, fit-out projects)
• Knowledgeable in civil works, structural system and electrical installations
• Familiar with safety standard, codes and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools
• Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, design and supervise construction projects including commercial, residential, high-rise, mixed-use developments, and fit-out works
• Oversee civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and project schedules
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, cost estimates, and documentation
• Identify and engineering and construction issues promptly
• Lead and manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and operations
• Implement and enforce occupational health and safety practices on-site

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Combination of office-based work and onsite project supervision
• Monday to Saturday work schedule
• May require travel to various project locations
